1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mry88 ("Platform", "We" or "Operator"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the mry88 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions stated in this Agreement.

mry88 operates under international licensing and provides online casino services, sports betting, crash games and various other entertainment products. This platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market and all services are available in Bahasa Melayu and English.

2 Registration Eligibility

To register and use mry88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 User Account

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

mry88 provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed using encryption technology that meets industry standards.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The transaction limits that apply are as follows:

• Minimum deposit per payment method: RM10
• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: RM100
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances that require approval from the mry88 management team. Withdrawals will only be permitted once user identity verification has been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mry88 offers various promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. Our welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum value of RM500. The applicable wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value received before funds from that bonus can be withdrawn.

A worked example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. The total amount you need to wager before withdrawal is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. For a deposit of RM1,200, the bonus received is RM500 (maximum value), the balance becomes RM1,700, and the required wagering amount is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

General conditions for all bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible user, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash and must first meet the wagering requirements.
• mry88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including hedging bets or using multiple accounts, will result in the bonus being cancelled and possible account termination.

6 Game Rules

All games on the mry88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games — are operated using legitimate and transparent technology. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical fault can be proven.

In the event of a technical disruption, connection failure or system fault during a game session, mry88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original bet to the player. Results that were completed before the disruption occurred are valid and final.

Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. mry88 is not responsible for any losses arising from connection disruptions on the player's end.

7 Identity Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, mry88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of account use. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) and may involve:

• A valid copy of both the front and back of your identity card (MyKad).
• Proof of current residential address dated no more than three months ago.
• Proof of the payment method used to make deposits.

Withdrawals above a certain amount may require full KYC verification before they are processed. Refusal to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal function.

8 Prohibitions and Restrictions

Use of the mry88 platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and balance freezing:

• Using automation software, bots, or any assistive technology that manipulates games.
• Committing fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards, other people's bank accounts or false payment information.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent game limits or repeatedly obtain bonuses.
• Using a VPN or any technology to conceal your actual location for the purpose of evading geographical restrictions.

9 Account Termination

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account is closed, all existing balances must be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure.

mry88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform. mry88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or account suspensions carried out legitimately under these terms.
